I’m Estella Nchumuluh — a real estate investor, HR strategist, and community builder committed to creating generational stability through housing, career development, and financial empowerment.
With over a decade of experience in global talent acquisition (across biotech, pharma, and advanced industries), I’ve helped scale high-growth teams by designing inclusive hiring systems, building leadership pipelines, and improving DEI outcomes through strategic workforce planning.
But my passion doesn’t stop at the office door.
As a woman, mother, and immigrant, I know what it means to build something from scratch. That’s why I founded Empower Path Homes, transitional housing for individuals in Cincinnati, OH and Northern Kentucky, and empowerHERStory.org, a nonprofit equipping women with tools for ownership — from credit repair to career coaching to entrepreneurship.

We work with case managers, agencies, and healthcare partners to provide short- and mid-term housing that bridges the gap between crisis and stability. Every placement is intentional, supportive, and designed to help residents rebuild their lives.
